Need an Official Record?
Use the office tied to the Briscoe County record you need:

- Recent custody: dispatch at 806-995-3555 can identify the outside jail, because Briscoe County has no jail
- State criminal history: Texas Department of Public Safety Crime Records Division
- Incident reports: request the record from the sheriff, DPS trooper, or other agency that created it
- Expunction or nondisclosure: filings go through the court with jurisdiction; the clerk can explain filing channels but cannot give legal advice
